In a live broadcast to his followers, he once said "I love the smell of burning tires, what a great tool, don't fail to give them what they deserve", as a way to encourage his followers to burn people alive, by placing a tire on their neck and ignite the tire. He is the worst criminal who had ever ruled Haiti.
