wo women filed a class-action lawsuit against boxer Floyd Mayweather and his Las Vegas strip club for allegedly failing to pay the exotic dancers minimum wage and illegally withholding tips.
The two women allege they were "misclassified" as independent contractors when they worked as dancers at Girl Collection, a club near Sahara Avenue and Sammy Davis Jr. Drive, according to the complaint filed in Clark County District Court.
Girl Collection had rules over how the dancers performed, the suit states, including dress codes, stage rotations and rules for how much they could receive for private dances and VIP sessions.
Lawsuit filed against Girl Collection and Floyd Mayweather alleging exotic dancers were underpaid.

"Specifically, Defendant Mayweather has directed Plaintiffs and other dancers regarding how to perform their jobs, both via group chats and in person," the lawsuit states.
"Defendant Mayweather is frequently at the club, directing Plaintiffs' work, and even when he is not present, he is in close communication with managers at the club."
Mayweather also decided when dancers could leave and how much the club would keep out of their tips, the suit alleges.
The dancers could only make money through patron tips that Girl Collection and Mayweather collected and disbursed.
Dancers would also have to pay "house fees" to perform, usually between $100 and $200 for each shift.
One of the women alleged she was fired for her involvement in the lawsuit and for asking for wages from previous shifts.
She also alleges Mayweather slapped her when she asked for payment from an earlier shift.
The lawsuit alleges the dancers should be treated as employees, not independent contractors, and Girl Collection should not be allowed to take the tip credit against the minimum wage.
The women are seeking class-action certification so other current and former dancers can opt into the lawsuit.
