Fantom of Barikad Crew. This brother is alive and well, out of the hospital.

He and everybody on that float are alive due to the isolation provided by the tires of the truck from the ground.

Anyone with direct contact with the ground and the metal on the truck was electrocuted.

Mind you anyone with rubber shoes on the ground in contact with the truck would also be isolated, as long as they were not in direct contact with a person who were not. Those burn scars are caused by the big spark and the sweat on his body. It could have been worse.
